2. Use of Our Website
- You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases.
- You agree not to misuse our website for fraudulent or illegal activities.
- We may update or change content, services, or prices without prior notice.
3. Products & Orders
- We sell green and roasted Arabica coffee, including SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11, Batian, and Geisha varieties.
- Prices are listed in [KES/USD] and may change without notice.
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
- For export buyers, minimum order quantities and documentation requirements apply.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Local retail orders are shipped within Kenya via trusted courier services.
- Export orders are shipped internationally through licensed logistics partners.
- Delivery times vary based on destination. Kamavindi is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.
5. Returns & Refunds
- For retail buyers: unopened coffee packs may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- For export buyers: returns are not accepted once the shipment has left Kenya. Quality disputes may be resolved through mutual agreement.
- Refunds (if approved) are processed within 14 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Kamavindi Coffee and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kamavindi Coffee is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues arising from misuse of our products or delays beyond our control.
8. Governing Law
